Dr. Letbetter is very on his game. I felt his sincerity when I presented my concerns. He is caring yet you can see he is thinking how to help. Very wonderful and I will continue with him. The staff is very great as well, from front check in to the various behind the scenes doctor staff. Im not young so I speak from a history of experience. FANTASTIC and my drive time was 1 hour. Do this, you will be lovin life

The staff and Doctor Ross are awesome.

Everybody is very nice. The one thing somebody needs to hear is how UNGODLY COLD it is in there!!! It was in the 70s outside. So I was wearing a tee shirt. I was so cold in there that it hurt. And youre there two hours. They HAVE to adjust the temperature to a more reasonable level!!!! Other patients who must have been there before had winter coats on.

Everyone and especially theDr. were very professional, my reason for four stars is a longer than expected wait time

The desk personnel were helpful and very attentive and the medical assistant as well. My first time in the office, because I used to go to the Fla. Eye clinic in Lake Underhill. Dr. Singh was very professional and attentive, too. God bless you all.
