I have been a client for more than 3 years. The personnel is always courteous, friendly and respectful. The ophtalmologist and the optometrist are professional and efficient.For me, Florida Eye Clinic is the best place for my eye care.

The staff from the receptionist to the technicians were efficient and kind. Dr. Papas took the time to answer my questions.

I was treated with good care and respect by all staff members I came in contact with. Dr Letbetter has a great bedside manner and seems to really care about my wellbeing.

Dr. Grubbs is fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. The optical department, however, is another story. I ordered glasses, but never heard from them. I called the number Ginny gave me to contact her and it was out of service. Called the main number and got transferred to voice mail. My advice: go there for an exam by Dr. Grubbs, but take your prescription somewhere else to get it filled.
