I absolutely loved the experience. Had my annual diabetic exam and formula review. From the check-in/out experience, to the time with Patricia getting set up for the appointment, to the experience with Dr Grubb, I was delighted! Something that I didnt imagine describing in connection with an eye health appointment.

Was referred here by my boyfriend.... My son has a mass in the back of his head and his neurologist sent him to several specialists including an Ophthalmologist for a STAT EXAM. I had called several places and was told closest appointment was 6-8months out even as a STAT patient. I was a worried and scared that we might have to wait. When I contacted Florida eye clinic in Altamonte, I was treated with urgent care, after sending the referral to Shyanta to see if the specific exam is something they can do, not even 24hours later my son was scheduled for an appointment within the next week.The date of the appointment, we checked in; they treated us quickly and professionally. For this appointment there was 3steps for this particular exam, all the girls Dr. Steedle treated us wonderfully and put my concerns at ease.Myself working in the medical field as well greatly appreciate the tenderness and hospitality of all the staff. Again thank you to Shyanta, Dr. Steedle and all the other girls that worked with my son.
