There isn't much for me to say about Dr. Pappas, except that every aspect of visits, treatments, explanations of same along with the friendlyness and obviously his true concern to better your life with healthy eye sight. I forgot I was in a medical facility, I cannot thank him enough for restoring my close up vision I am painting and drawing again one of my passions. Again thank you and have a blessed life.

The entire staff has been nothing but kind, understanding and helpful to me on all my visits, especially as I have a lot of anxiety about medical issues. Dr. Xavier is absolutely incredible, I feel fortunate to be her patient. They take COVID protocol seriously, temperatures taken upon entry, masks required, and you will witness staff cleaning, disinfecting equipment before you use it. No unnecessary people allowed in the facility.

Was able to get an appt in a short amount of time. I was brought in before my scheduled time. Everyone was very thorough and professional. They are awesome!!!!

This was my first time at this location. It is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I only had to wait a few minutes for my appt. Everyone was extremely nice and very pleasant. The doctor was great.I was surprised at the amount of eyewear they had displayed for purchase. I had been to a different location and they had nowhere near the amount that this office has. The woman assisting me, Linda, was extremely helpful in helping me select a new pair of glasses. She was very patient and helped me for a long time due to my indecisiveness. Wonderful place!
