I cannot recall the last time I felt so cared for at a clinic. I have already referred my brother to F.E.C.

I have been tended to at this College Park location for several years now. The staff has always been top notch, the facilities clean and bright ! The Doctors on point and fully helpful. I really do wish they had a facility in the Apopka area! I know they would be well-received & Flourish!

Great visit

Dr. Nguyen, Dr. Pappas, and Dr. Siedle are absolutely the best. However, the billing and reception needs work. At times they are confused about appointment times, co-pays, and I had one incident, where a young lady talked down to me and refused to order my trial contacts because of her mistake and I had to return to fix it. I explained that I could not come in for a day or two and I would look at it and pay the appropriate amount. When I came in to pick up the trial pair she refused stating I had to do on phone immediately. I was unable at that moment
