Very friendly staff like the doctor informative will recommend

Amazing Dr. and staff Ever since the first time I met Dr. Ross i felt very strong that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Ross is so professional, kind, caring, tried to find me referrals to assist me and guide me to get some kind of help due to my critical situation I now find myself in, he truly cares. I look forward going to my visits with Dr. Parks because he is an amazing good person. The clinic is very clean, well organized, they are always on time, I am truly impressed with this office and in particular feel blessed being a patient of Dr. Ross. If i don't completely lose vision on the right eye as well , I thank first God and then Dr. Ross who has tried all possible to help me with the mess doctor Patel in Lake Nona did leaving me blind of my left eye after what should have been a simple cataract surgery. Thank you Dr. Ross and staff.

Dr. Pappas explained every step of my procedure and aftercare. He was kind, considerate and understanding of my concerns. The entire procedure was so quick and easy I could not believe it! My vision - post surgery - was better than I ever expected! I would recommend Dr. Pappas to anyone considering this surgery. He is AMAZING!
