High quality and I always leave being educated by Dr.Grubbs. I leave with a smile no matter the circumstance. The staff greet you and work very efficient. The way its strategize from the time you walk in unto the office until the time you leave. All have expertise in customer service . High quality efficient and courteous experience . No complains. I love Dr. Grubbs and staff. I called for an emergency and at first a staff member said Dr. Grubbs schedule is full until October. I requested if someone cancelled to please add- me in. She then transferred me to front desk and a kind representative said there was a cancellation open and if I could make it in within that time. That same day, I got the service and left happy. Thank-You very much for listening to my concern.

Professional services provided in a friendly efficient manner.I have since moved to Buffalo, NY but I recall the wonderful care I had received from Dr. Henry Pappas. Dr. Pappas performed two painless surgeries to try & correct the increased vitreous pressure in my eye, which is the precursor to glaucoma. He then put me on a regimen of two different eyedrops to maintain my excellent vision. He was definitely knowledgeable as the new ophthalmologist Ive established in Buffalo, Dr. Mcgraw at the Ross Eye Institute, has continued his successful regimen that continued to be a blessing.I also want to compliment Dr. Pappass surgical skills in correcting my wifes cataracts. She was so pleased with his work she brought him a thank~you greeting card at her follow-up visit in appreciation of the improvement in her vision he accomplished. He is truly a remarkable ophthalmologist.
