It was amazing experience! My first time there, I was referred by my medical plan Careplus as soon as I got in the front desk, staff told me to sign in as a patiently waited.They gave me an appointment, then the best thing of all I received a day before alerts on my phone so I dont miss my appointments. They called me to remind. And that was awesome too. When I got that day to the appointment, I was able to fill up all the information they need it ahead of time and they did all the test that I needed to do.I don't understand why they made bad reviews of this clinic, because all their staff from the front desk to their nurses in the back, and the doctor were all amazing.They explain everything by detail and answer all my questions. In English and in Spanish.So Grateful! I was able to get my glasses now in two weeks.Thank you for the amazing staff and doctor.Yes, I'm able to see again!Thank you for all you do!!!

I always receive a very thorough eye exam. All of my questions are answered and issues addressed professionally. The assistants are courteous and knowledgeable and Dr. Sterling takes time to review and advise on the issues she finds, and explains them in terms I understand. The eyewear professional (Emma) is very helpful to make sure all of the options available for the eyewear I choose are utilized. I am so grateful to have found this office and recommend it to everyone!

My first time visiting the Florida Eye Clinic (Ocoee), was overall a good experience. I did have to wait for over 2 months to get in and my visit had me there for almost 3 hours, but Dr. Wang is terrific. She's very knowledgeable and she explains things well. I had gone to see her for a second opinion on having Cataract surgery or not, and she gave me piece of mind. She's a great doctor; did a really thorough eye exam and the staff was nice and professional as well.
