IVE BEEN TAKING MY MOTHER TO THIS FACILITY FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE DR. PARKS IS AWESOME, BUT I DO HAVE TO GIVE SUPER KUDOS TO HIS AWESOME ASSISTANT YOMAIRA MAKE SURE YOU TAKE GOOD CARE OF HER BECAUSE I WILL STEAL HER IN A MINUTE! LOL (KIDDING)SUPER AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE MY MOTHER LOVES HER! SHES DEFINITELY AN EMPLOYEE THAT ANY COMPANY WILL LOVE TO HAVE IN THEIR COMPANY,ALTAMONTE SPRINGS FACILITY SURGERY OFFICE GREAT ASWELL,AS A CONSUMER AND BUSINESS OWNER WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE IN NEED OF YOUR SERVICES!

I really like the doctors in his text I do believe the receptionist needs to have some customer service skills I felt like I was being treated like a child because when they first searched my medicare number they couldnt find it and then they proceeded to tell me it was inactive and then they proceeded to tell me how the deductibles went I know how the deductibles go and when they researched again voila it was there and again instead of saying Im so sorry for the confusion I was told well its the first year and you know how Medicare is what a horrible thing to say to a patient are to a customer the first time they were coming it left a very bad taste in my mouth for the front end staff

Dr Xavier is an outstanding n professional doctor. She is approachable courteous and a good listener. I like her very much.

Dr. Levando is great. Staff are pretty friendly and professional. Will come back every year.
