Good people, professional, kind, friendly! As usual the length of time waiting is just that, lengthy . I get the impression that the senior management is much like the senior management at the healthcare facility I formerly worked at. Only interested in numbers and not employees! Please treat your people as human beings and not a means to profit! Treat your people well and they will insure your profitability.
