Precheck in was easy on line. Wait time was minimal when I arrived. Precheck was fun and easy. Dr. Sterling was quick and thorough. Frame and lenses selection was easy and inexpensive.

The two ladies (Karen & Nel ) at the front desk were very polite and engaging! They even recommended the donut shop - when I asked about a place to meet my friend after my appointment. (I am new in the area). Julia, my optimist tech answered all my questions. Asked me questions that made me think and was a bright spot in my day. All 3 employees are really at making the new client feel relaxed. It was fast and easy!
