Dr Pappas and the entire staff, with whom I was involved were fantastic. Everything was explain in detail and without pressure. I couldn't have been more pleased. There was no rush to a decision

Great staff and doctors

All the staff are quick and polite. Professional and friendly as well.The waiting room is roomy and relaxed feeling. My only issue was the bell on the entry door constantly dinging. Perhaps if it werent as loud or if I were sitting further away it wouldnt have been so annoying.This was my second year to go to Florida Eye Clinic in Kissimmee and to see Dr. Ross Parks. Dr. Parks is quietly confident and gentle. I will return again next year to see Dr. Parks.
