Good customer service.

I have been a FEC East for a number of years but retired and moved to an office closer to my home and to a physician whose expertise better meets my needs. East is a great facility but miles matter- especially toll roads.The office staff was pleasant and efficient. The med techs were also great. They explained everything they were doing. Dr. Lo (sorry- I dont remember her last name) was also very informative and knowledgeable about my needs. I was included in establishing a plan with out any prompting.I felt as comfortable in this office as in the previous one.
