Dr. Nguyen has a great bed side manner. She's very calm and answers your questions. I just wish the wait wasn't so long for each visit. The morning visits seem to go quicker than the afternoon appointments. Now with COVID, only the patient is allowed in the lobby area. My ride has to wait outside in the car. I wish the patient was allowed to bring their spouse with them, but I do realize the predicament we are all in at this time.

The staff here was professional and the office appeared to take COVID-19 seriously.Megan, who assists was friendly and helpful.Dr Steedle was all those things and more. Knowledgeable, caring, explained In detail. Would definitely recommend this office and Doctor.

I saw Dr. Hyman at the winter springs location first last year and had to follow her out to Windermere bc she's just that amazing at her job. She's knowledgeable, kind and honest. You can tell she's dedicated to helping her patients. The staff were all wearing masks, even if they weren't near anyone. The only unlock the door for patients with appointments to avoid heavy foot traffic, they take temperature and sanitize well. Everyone was kind, in a good mood and invested in helping each step of the way. Great experience!

Awesome job The greeting from the front desk was so professional and friendly. I felt so comfortable. The nurse was awesome as well. The doctor was great and explained everything clearly to me. I do appreciate each and everyone at the office who assisted me at my appointment.

I had a great first visit at the Florida Eye Clinic. The office was really clean and the measures taken to ensure everyone was practicing social distancing to the best of their capabilities within the office space made me feel safe. There was every other seat available.The staff was really kind and welcoming. Dr. Parks was very thorough in explaining his findings and treatment plan. He took his time and answered my questions in depth. I did not feel rushed but felt really cared for and left with fully understanding what my next steps were. So big Kudos to Dr. Parks and Staff at FEC. Thank you
